Born in Mexico City Angeles attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York City before becoming the executive chef and Chief of Protocol for the American Embassy in Mexico before joining Tequila Cuervo as their Event Manager.
Angeles arrived in Singapore in 2002 when she was appointed the general manager of Caf¨¦ Iguna. Angeles was later commissioned to train the chefs in the Mexican Embassy in Bejing before returning to Singapore as the manager of Kazbar in capital square square.
Angeles founded HCubed in 2007 to meet the needs of the very highest demands of Singapore's increasingly sophisticated clients.
Angeles's perfectionist style combined with her friendly and professional approach ensures no guest could leave unsatisfied.
